Marion MHA is happy to announce our partnership with Harding Village Apartments, located at 740 E. Fairground St., Marion, Ohio 43302. We plan to dedicate eight of our vouchers to the apartment complex. These vouchers are Project-Based Vouchers (PVBs.) PBVs are similar to Section 8 Vouchers; however, the PVBs are tied to the actual unit & not the resident.

The assistance contract is with Harding Village Apartments. Marion MHA’s role is to refer families from the PVS Wait List to Harding Village as needed.

This Waiting List will open February 5, 2024, at 8 a.m. and will close automatically once the list reaches 50 applicants.

If you are interested in applying for one of these PVBs, you need to apply to the waiting list on our web page. Please note: applications currently on our Section 8 Wait List do not transfer to the Project-Based Voucher Wait List.
