Marion MHA is again happy to announce our continued partnership with Harding Village Apartments, located at 740 E. Fairground St., Marion, OH 43302. These vouchers are Project-Based Vouchers (PVBs.) PVBs are similar to Section 8 Vouchers; however, these PVBs are tied to the actual unit and not the resident. Marion MHA's role is to refer families from the PBVs wait list to Harding Village as needed.
This waiting list will be open October 17, 2025, at 8 AM and will close automatically once the list reaches 50 applicants.
If you are interested in applying for one of these PBVs, apply to the list. Please note that applications on our Section 8 wait list do not transfer to the Project-Based Voucher wait list.
The Marion Metropolitan Housing Authority waiting list is closed and will remain closed until further notice.
No applications will be accepted at this time.
